Joe has been at PernaFrederick since its inception in 2007.

Formerly, he worked under Steve Perna and Matt Frederick at The Arden Group, first in marketing and then in real estate sales and leasing. Shared values and work ethic made it a simple decision to join the entrepreneurial organization. Like the firm’s principals, Joe’s focus is on determining the unique needs of each client, systematically addressing those needs, working collaboratively with all involved parties, and ultimately, remaining the client’s advocate until they are settled in their new space.
 
During his five-year tenure in the industry, Joe has been responsible for the sale or lease of well over $22 million of commercial real estate. The most complex deal he has overseen was a move for a growing technology start-up into its own 15,000 square foot office building. The build out took more than three months, as Joe and the design team had to consider the client’s administrative and manufacturing needs — two components that seldom get combined into one space. Joe earned a BS in Marketing and an MBA at Rowan University.

Joe resides in Deptford, NJ with his wife and son.
